Cutting: Material is cut all the way through. You tell the laser where to cut the line placement.
Scoring: Material is marked with a very shallow score line.
Engraving: Material is “colored in” Engraving is a lot more time consuming then cutting and scoring.
We have two machines at Oceans and Oak, a CO2 laser and a fiber laser.
CO2 Laser: Wood, fabric & leather, bamboo, acrylic, glass, foam, granite, paper, ceramic, plastics and rubber.
Fiber Laser: Metals (many types), plastics, stone, and ceramics.

Usually all orders will be completed and shipped within 1-2 weeks of
receiving payment. However, this does depend on the size of the order and how many materials we have on at the time. If you have a tight deadline, let us know and we’ll do our best to rush things through for you.
The laser cutter can only recognize vector files. Vector files end in .svg, .eps or .ai. If you do not have a vector file, please submit a custom quote and include the file you have and we can let you know if we can convert the file.
Our laser cutting services are priced according to the time it takes to cut on the machine & the material cost.

For custom jobs, the quote will be based off the detail provided in your artwork/vector file. Request a Custom Quote here.
Unfortunately we cannot, we need the artwork file to estimate cutting/engraving times and then we can give you a price.
For online orders: You can purchase you item directly on our website here (or Etsy) and checkout.
For custom jobs: After the project estimate approved we will send a link to checkout on our website. The order and payment must be completely before we will start your project.
As long as we have the materials in stock or can get them ordered in time, yes we do. There is an extra fee of $30 to have your order jump the queue. Please let us know if you would like to have your order marked as urgent.
Yes, most bulk orders will receive a lower per item price, when you submit your request we can talk about the savings.
Yes, we offer local pickup for our customers near downtown Prescott, AZ.
Yes we do, once your order has been designed we will send you a proof by email for your to confirm. (Please check your junk mail!)
Unfortunately, once you have confirmed your proof it can no longer be changed, so please make sure you are 100% happy with your proof and double check all spelling.
